Sam wasn't very clear on the purpose of the monkey backpack I bought for him. He kept wanting to hold the tail himself. So much for keeping him from running off!

Obviously, if there is a carousel we must ride it. Surprisingly, Noah chose the tiger over the elephant. Sam refused to ride on anything. Party pooper.
Pretending to be an elephant... One of these days I'll have to catch this on video. It's actually very funny because while he's walking around on all fours he shouts out orders like the captain of the elephant brigade on Jungle Book. "Forward... MARCH!"

Oh no, Woody is long gone. Now he is Elephant. You may call him either Elephant or you may use Elephant's more formal name, Jungle.
So fun! Savannah is of the same opinion as Noah - if there is a carosel, it must be ridden - immediately!

Liam has the same monkey backpack! He loves just to wear it around the house though (of course, he holds the tail) - it cracks me up!
I love the monkey backpack. We have one too and it is now on our second round with Sawyer. It is great when they are too little to "get" it. Carter got to the point where he refused to put it on but luckily he had stopped trying to run away by that point!
you're lucky it was a good picture of me and benson! those aren't very easy to come by these days. we had so much fun with you and your boys, and we lucked out with great weather and great moods!!! thanks for the trip.
